  2. Hmm, cultivating resilience? In order to “bounce back” you have to recognize that you are going to fall down sometimes and not waste your energy berating yourself for your slip ups. Cultivating healthy habits of exercise and sleeping help me to have the energy to be resilient. My loving spouse who reflects my better self to me and accepts my efforts also helps me with resilience. So . . . Marry well and get your sleep is my recommendation! 😄
